My sweet Mama wanted to have a couple of her favorite women over for lunch, so we could just hang out and talk and have a good time. I think every one really enjoyed it. She had a spread laid out for us when we go there. Paula Dean's chicken salad, fruit salad, spring salad (are you seeing theme here?) and bread. It was all so good. I made the dessert:chocolate cupcakes and blueberry cookies

Fruit Salad

1 can sliced peaches

1 can chunk pineapple with the juice

bananas-sliced

frozen strawberries

apricot pie filling (we could find apricot so we used peach)

These are just some cute little Spring cupcakes. Vanilla cupcakes with buttercream and pastel sprinkles and pastel M & M's on top.
